DIRECTION FOR USE: Each packet of AASAN vegetables for Sabzi Ashe is enough for 8 persons. For fewer portions, empty the whole packet, mix and use as much as needed.
HOW TO PREPARE: 1 packet of AASAN Ashe Sabzi, 1 cup rice, ½ cup split peas, mint, 14 cups water, onion, cooking oil, salt and pepper as needed.
HOW TO PREPARE VEGETABLES (this packet): Empty the whole packet into a bowl, pour enough warm water, wait 15 minutes, take the wet vegetables out of water.
HOW TO COOK: Add water into a pot. Add the content of this packet after the above step (HOW TO PREPARE VEGETABLES), add split peas. Add salt, pepper and rice when nearly cooked. Stir gently a few times until cooked.
Note: To make Ashe Mast (with yogurt) or Ashe Alou (plum), add enough yogurt or plum as you desired.
