DIRECTION FOR USE: Each packet of AASAN vegetables for Ghormeh Sabzi is enough for 6 persons. For fewer portions, empty the whole packet, mix and use as much as needed.

HOW TO PREPARE: 1 packet of AASAN Ghormeh Sabzi, lean meat ½ kilo (1 pound), beans 60 to 100 grams (2-3 OZ), dried lime 2 whole piece or 2 tablespoon grounded dried lime, fried onion 2 tablespoon, 2 tablespoon cooking oil, salt and pepper as needed.

HOW TO PREPARE VEGETABLES (this packet): Empty the whole packet into a bowl, pour enough warm water, wait 15 minutes, take the wet vegetables out of water.

HOW TO FRY VEGETABLES (this packet): Put some oil in a sauce pan, bring the heat to low-medium and then add the vegetables into the sauce pan and let it fry. Stir a few times while frying.

HOW TO COOK: Cut the meat into desires pieces. Add the meat to the already fried onion into a pot. Add salt, pepper, beans and water. Put the pot on medium heat until it reached boils. Turn the heat to low-medium and add fried vegetables of this packet to the pot. Let it cook until the meat is half cook and then add the dried lime and any other spices that you like and let cook until the meat is cooked well.
